Precision casting piece hydraulic shell removal equipment: The casting sand cleaning equipment includes semi-automated single-machine shell removal equipment and large-scale production line shell removal lines. It uses water power to skillfully place the cleaned castings in a sealed cleaning chamber. The different rotational speeds of the workpieces can be achieved through the control of foot-operated valves. The handheld high-pressure water spray gun can use the visual window to direct the high-pressure water jet to strike the sand on the surface of the workpiece, thereby breaking the sand and cleaning the remaining sand on the difficult-to-clean areas of the workpiece surface. This achieves the purpose of casting sand cleaning.

1. Equipment Usage:
This equipment is used for the high-pressure water cleaning process of precision mold shells in investment casting. It is required to be able to quickly, safely and cleanly remove the metal mold components without causing any damage to the castings. ,

2. Basic Structure:
This equipment is composed of the main body, rotating worktable, sand collection box, windshield wiper, water mist separator, three-cylinder high-pressure ceramic piston pump, pressure regulating valve, safety valve, motor, intelligent pressure gauge, filter, safety electrical control device, automatic trigger gun, high-pressure water pipe, nozzle, waterproof lighting lamp, etc.
3. Main Body:
The outer skin is packaged with stainless steel plates, inner lining with sponge silicone plates and multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh, which serve to prevent corrosion, reduce vibration and reduce noise.
4. Rotating Worktable:
It is made of all stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. The workpiece can be cleaned from multiple angles on the rotating worktable, and the worktable rotates under the control of foot pedals.
5. Sand Collection Box: It is made of all stainless steel, and the collected sand and powder are uniformly collected and processed. 

6. Wiper: Clean the water mist on the observation window to clearly observe the condition inside the sanding chamber.
7. Water Mist Separator: The water mist generated by the high-pressure water jet from the high-pressure water gun is separated and purified to facilitate the observation of the workpiece. 

8. Three-cylinder high-pressure ceramic piston pump:
A pressure boosting device, resistant to wear, acid and alkali corrosion, with a large head, high flow rate, stable operation, and capable of continuous operation. It is required to select a well-known imported brand.
