The deoxidized skin removal and rust removal three-phase flow nozzle is equipped with 5 ruby plates inside. The compressed air, abrasive material and high-pressure water jet are mixed and then rotated to spray out, effectively removing the deoxidized skin, phosphorus and rust. 

1. Application: The automatic production line for removing oxide scale, rust and phosphorus scale from the surface of steel strips before welding pipes, the walking spray head for large-area rust and paint removal on oil tankers and ships, and the combined spray head for large-area rust and phosphorus removal on metals. 

2. Features: It can be combined with multiple nozzles to cover a unit width, move at a certain speed, and efficiently remove rust, paint, and phosphorus from large areas of metal surfaces. 

3. Configuration: This nozzle is merely an accessory. It consists of a high-pressure pump, high-pressure hose, sand box, wastewater recycling and treatment circulation system, waste sand recovery system, combined nozzle moving bracket, and motion controller, as well as a remote video monitoring system.
