Tank Gas Remote Detector for Mechanical Cleaning

This device is a critical safety measure during the mechanical cleaning of oil storage tanks. It provides 24/7 monitoring of oxygen (O2) and combustible gas levels inside the tank. The results are displayed on an LED bar graph, making them clearly visible from a distance even in the dark.

Key Features & Specifications:

• Power Supply: 220V, 60Hz.
• Sampling System: Connects to 10mm transparent PVC tubing. Simply insert the tube into the instrument, and route the other end to various locations inside the tank.
• Channel Selection: Supports both manual and automatic switching between sampling lines. The currently selected channel is shown on an LED digital display.
• Gas Display: The LED bar graph indicates gas concentrations. The O2 scale maxes out at 30% VOL, while the combustible gas scale maxes out at 100% VOL.
• Internal Components: Equipped with a suction pump, gas dryer, and gas filter. Regular cleaning and maintenance are required.
• Safety Design: Features an all-stainless-steel explosion-proof enclosure with separate compartments for gas and electrical circuits. It can be placed anywhere on the construction site.

Exhaust gas from the detector must be collected. It must never be vented back into the tank or released into the atmosphere. Please consult with the client (Party A) on-site to determine the proper disposal method.
