The abrasive cutting head assembly is the execution component for water cutting and abrasive cutting. Some of the accessories within it are also considered wear-prone parts and need to be replaced regularly.

Working principle:

• Control method: Compression control at 0.4 - 0.8 Mpa
• Property: Normally closed type
• Switching mode: Controlled by pneumatic two-way three-way electromagnetic valve, open when supplied with air and closed when air is cut off
• Maximum pressure of the medium: 65000 psi
• Maximum flow rate of the medium: 6 L/min
• Input method of abrasive: Negative pressure suction
• Abrasive particle size: Determined by the inner diameter of the focusing tube
• Abrasive loss: Determined by the inner diameter of the focusing tube, regular reference: 80 - 200 Kg/h
• Pure water nozzle (needs to be ordered separately): Ruby nozzle, Sapphire nozzle, Diamond nozzle
