Technical features
The ZA chemical process pump adopts a standardized process pump structure, operates smoothly, and is easy to maintain. Its hydraulic components are made of 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is suitable for crude oil, oily wastewater, and some sulfur-containing medium conditions.
The pump body is driven by a 4-stage motor, with a relatively low speed, which is beneficial for reducing bearing load and mechanical seal wear, and improving the reliability of the equipment under long-term continuous operation conditions. For applications such as crude oil tank cleaning that require high equipment stability, the lower speed helps to reduce vibration and noise, and prolongs the service life of the pump unit.

Structural Characteristics
The ZA pump usually adopts a horizontal single-stage single-suction structure, which is compact in overall design and convenient for installation and maintenance. The flow components such as the pump body, impeller, and pump cover are made of 304 stainless steel, capable of meeting the transportation needs of crude oil and impure media.
A cooling water system is configured at the mechanical seal area, which cools the sealing chamber to reduce the temperature of the sealing end face, improve the working environment of the seal, and reduce the risk of seal failure caused by the increase in medium temperature. Application in COW crude oil washing

This process uses crude oil itself as the cleaning medium to rinse the inner walls and sediments of the cargo oil tanks, with advantages such as reducing wastewater generation, improving unloading efficiency, and reducing the amount of residual oil in the tanks.
