This device is developed by BJATL according to the needs of the annual mechanical cleaning of the oil storage tank. When cleaning the oil storage tank, the oxygen concentration and combustible gas concentration at 3 or 6 fixed positions in the oil tank are detected by manual switching, and the indicated detection value is provided.

 

The installation consists of a GAS SAMPLER and a GAS DENSITYMONITOR. The sampling device is designed to withstand pressure and explosion.

 

The device can also detect the trace concentration of gas by means of signal increase, which can play an important role in effectively preventing fire and other accidents.

 

The device can detect the concentration of 70%VOD combustible gas, the key is to adopt the monitoring data after diluting the large concentration of combustible gas in the same proportion, and can accurately reflect the actual combustible gas concentration value in the oil storage tank.

 

The device uses luminescent color column to display on-site oxygen concentration and combustible gas concentration value, and is designed to run continuously for 24 hours in industrial design.
