Oil-water interface detector
Based on the principle of capacitance difference between different dielectric plates, a capacitive oil-water interface instrument was developed to solve the problem that the oil-water interface is difficult to measure accurately, which leads to the inaccurate measurement of crude oil transfer. The 100 MHz square wave signal source is generated by the single chip microcomputer. The electromagnetic wave of the measured medium is collected by the capacitor sensor developed by the multi-channel switch and the capacitor acquisition chip, and the electrical parameters are retrieved. The oil layer and water layer can be effectively distinguished by adaptive filtering algorithms, and the remote control of the oil-water interface instrument can be realized by using the field bus. The laboratory and field experiments show that the measurement error can meet the demand of the field. |
